I forgot my password! What do I do?

Send us an e-mail with your username. That e-mail has to be sent from the same e-mail address recorded on our database. Our staff will send the password to that e-mail address.

I have completed and sent the registration form, but I still can't log on!

For the registration process to be completed, an e-mail message is sent to you right after your register (Make sure you provided us with the right e-mail address). The e-mail contains a URL that you click on to complete the registration. You will then be able to log on.

My e-mail client does not support HTML, so the URL I get after I register is not a hot link. What do I do?

Highlight the URL, copy it, paste it into the address field in your browser, then hit "enter".
